1. Fundamental Commitment & Zero Training Policy

At AI Agency (operated by PRRX Cooperation), your privacy and intellectual property are our top priorities. We believe in total data minimization:

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or chat prompts to third parties or brokers.
• Your conversations, source code submissions, and generated outputs are never used to train public AI foundational models.
• Upstream AI API requests (via Google AI Studio and Cloudflare Edge) are processed under enterprise zero-data-retention agreements where applicable.

2. Data We Collect (Data Minimization Principle)

We adhere strictly to the principle of collecting only what is strictly necessary to provide the service:

• Authentication Data: When you sign in with Google OAuth 2.0, we receive your Google ID, verified email address, display name, and avatar URL.
• Usage & Metering Telemetry: Daily token deductions, timestamp of queries, and active subscription tier required to enforce the daily 50,000 reset limit.
• Technical Diagnostic Logs: Ephemeral HTTP response codes, latency in milliseconds, and failover status solely for system health and abuse prevention.

3. Dedicated Google AI Studio Isolation

For Gemini suite models, requests are processed using our dedicated server-side Google AI Studio API key (`AQ.Ab8RN6...`). Client browsers never receive this key. Queries are dispatched through encrypted TLS 1.3 channels directly to Google Generative Language endpoints.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use strictly necessary HTTP-only secure cookies (`ai_agency_session`) to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Optional anonymous performance analytics via Google Analytics are strictly blocked until you explicitly grant consent.

5. Your Legal Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
